West, Francis
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
an English Wesleyan minister, began his work in 1793, labored twenty- seven years, and died July 3,1820. The Minutes characterize him as "a plain, useful man." See Minutes of the Conference, 1820.
