Winter, Robert, D.D.
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
an English Dissenting minister, was born in London in 1762, and was pastor at New Court, Carey Street, from 1806 until his death, in 1833. He published Pastoral Letters on Noncoformity, and several single Sermons. See (Lond.) Gentleman's Magazine, 1833, 2, 277.
