Hazazon-Tamar
The 1901 Jewish Encyclopedia
Dwelling-place of the Amorites when the four kings made their invasion and fought with the five kings (Genesis 14:7 [A. V. "Hazezon-tamar"]). In 2 Chronicles 20:2 it is identified with En-gedi, where the Ammonites, Moabites, and others met before going out to battle against Jehoshaphat.
