Kitto's Popular Cyclopedia of Biblical Literature
Si´hor-Lib´nath, a small stream or river emptying itself into the sea in the territory of Asher (). Michaelis translates it 'glass-river,' and identifies it with the Belus, which joins the sea near Acre, and from whose sands the first glass was made by the Phoenicians.
