a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in Tennessee, but the date is unrecorded. He received a careful religious training; experienced conversion at a very early age, and in 1840 united with the Alabama Conference, and labored with unprecedented usefulness and acceptability until his decease, Jan. 11, 1845.
