Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(קֶרֶשׁ, ke'resh), a plank (usually rendered "board"), once the deck of a Tyrian ship, represented (Ezekiel 27:6) as inlaid with box-wood. (See ASHURITE).
