Capsum
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
is a term for the nave of a church. Gregory of Tours (Hist. Fracnc. ii, 14) describes a certain church as having thirty-two windows in the sanctuary, twenty in the nave ("in capso ").
