Iphedeiah
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
(Heb. Yiphdeyah', יַפְדְּיָה, set free by Jehovah; Sept. Ι᾿εφαδία ), one of the "sons" of Shashak, and a chief of the tribe of Benjamin resident at Jerusalem (1 Chronicles 8:25). B.C. post 1612 and ante 588.
