Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

(Hebrew Mallo'thi, מִלּוֹתַי , perhaps for מִלּאֹתַי, my fullness; Septuag. Μαλλιθί v. r. Μεαλωθί, Μελληθί, Μελλωθί; Vulg. Mellothi), one of the fourteen sons of Heman the Levite (1 Chronicles 25:4), and head of the nineteenth division of Temple musicians as arranged by David (1 Chronicles 25:26). B.C. 1014.
