Tonei, Simeon de
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
a Scotch prelate, was bishop of Moray in 1171. He was a monk of Melrose, and before that he had been abbot at Cogshall, in Essex, England. He died in 1184. See Keith, Scoftish Bishops, page 136.
