Therefore you also be ready; for in an hour that you do not think the Son of man comes.

For the foolish, when they took their lamps, took no oil with them:

And the foolish said to the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are going out.

But the wise answered, saying, Perhaps there will not be enough for us and you: you go rather to those that sell, and buy for yourselves.

Watch therefore, for you don't know the day nor the hour.

For [it is] as [when] a man, going into another country, called his own slaves, and delivered to them his goods.

For to every one that has shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that does not have, even that which he has shall be taken away.

Then the King shall say to them on his right hand, Come, you blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

for I was hungry, and you gave me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me drink; I was a stranger, and you took me in;

Then he shall say also to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire which is prepared for the devil and his angels:

for I was hungry, and you didn't give me to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me no drink;

For this [ointment] might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.

But Jesus perceiving it said to them, Why do you trouble the woman? for she has worked a good work on me.

For you always have the poor with you; but me you do not always have.

For in that she poured this ointment on my body, she did it to prepare me for burial.

Truly I say to you, Wherever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, that also which this woman has done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

Now on the first [day] of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying, Where do you want us to make ready for you to eat the passover?

The Son of man goes, even as it is written of him: but woe to that man through whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had not been born.

for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many to remission of sins.

Then Jesus says to them, All you shall be offended in me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.
