NAS – Clean out the old leaven so that you may be a new lump, just as you are {in fact} unleavened. For Christ our Passover also has been sacrificed.
NA26 – ἐκκαθάρατε (5657) τὴν παλαιὰν ζύμην, ἵνα ἦτε (5753) νέον φύραμα, καθώς ἐστε (5748) ἄζυμοι. καὶ γὰρ τὸ πάσχα ἡμῶν ἐτύθη (5681) Χριστός·
WH – εκκαθαρατε (5657) την παλαιαν ζυμην ινα ητε (5725) νεον φυραμα καθως εστε (5719) αζυμοι και γαρ το πασχα ημων ετυθη (5681) χριστος

NAS – Therefore let us celebrate the feast, not with old leaven, nor with the leaven of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
NA26 – ὥστε ἑορτάζωμεν, (5725) μὴ ἐν ζύμῃ παλαιᾷ μηδὲ ἐν ζύμῃ κακίας καὶ πονηρίας, ἀλλ ἐν ἀζύμοις εἰλικρινείας καὶ ἀληθείας.
WH – ωστε εορταζωμεν (5725) μη εν ζυμη παλαια μηδε εν ζυμη κακιας και πονηριας αλλ εν αζυμοις ειλικρινειας και αληθειας
