NAS – He also brought out the people who were in it, and set {them} under saws, sharp iron instruments, and iron axes, and made them pass through the brickkiln. And thus he did to all the cities of the sons of Ammon. Then David and all the people returned {to} Jerusalem.
ALE – ואת העם אשר בה הוציא וישם במגרה ובחרצי הברזל ובמגזרת הברזל והעביר אותם [במלכן ׃כ] (במלבן ׃ק) וכן יעשה לכל ערי בני עמון וישב דוד וכל העם ירושלם {פ}
BHS – וְאֶת־הָעָ֙ם אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֜הּ הֹוצִ֗יא וַיָּ֣שֶׂם ֠בַּמְּגֵרָה וּבַחֲרִצֵ֨י הַבַּרְזֶ֜ל וּֽבְמַגְזְרֹ֣ת הַבַּרְזֶ֗ל וְהֶעֱבִ֤יר אֹותָם֙ ב[מלכן ׃כ] (מַּלְבֵּ֔ן ׃ק) וְכֵ֣ן יַעֲשֶׂ֔ה לְכֹ֖ל עָרֵ֣י בְנֵֽי־עַמֹּ֑ון וַיָּ֧שָׁב דָּוִ֛ד וְכָל־הָעָ֖ם יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ פ
MAS – ואת העם אשׁר בה הוציא וישׂם במגרה ובחרצי הברזל ובמגזרת הברזל והעביר אותם במלכן וכן יעשׂה לכל ערי בני עמון וישׁב דוד וכל העם ירושׁלם
WLC – וְאֶת־הָעָ֙ם אֲשֶׁר־בָּ֜הּ הֹוצִ֗יא וַיָּ֣שֶׂם ֠בַּמְּגֵרָה וּבַחֲרִצֵ֨י הַבַּרְזֶ֜ל וּֽבְמַגְזְרֹ֣ת הַבַּרְזֶ֗ל וְהֶעֱבִ֤יר אֹותָם֙ ב[מלכן ׃כ] (מַּלְבֵּ֔ן ׃ק) וְכֵ֣ן יַעֲשֶׂ֔ה לְכֹ֖ל עָרֵ֣י בְנֵֽי־עַמֹּ֑ון וַיָּ֧שָׁב דָּוִ֛ד וְכָל־הָעָ֖ם יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם׃ פ
RAH – καὶ τὸν λαὸν τὸν ὄντα ἐν αὐτῇ ἐξήγαγεν καὶ ἔθηκεν ἐν τῷ πρίονι καὶ ἐν τοῖς τριβόλοις τοῖς σιδηροῖς καὶ διήγαγεν αὐτοὺς διὰ τοῦ πλινθείου· καὶ οὕτως ἐποίησεν πάσαις ταῖς πόλεσιν υἱῶν Αμμων. καὶ ἐπέστρεψεν Δαυιδ καὶ πᾶς ὁ λαὸς εἰς Ιερουσαλημ.
