When anyone offers a sacrifice of well-being to the Lord , in fulfillment of a vow or as a freewill offering, from the herd or from the flock, to be acceptable it must be perfect; there shall be no blemish in it.

The Rock, his work is perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God, without deceit, just and upright is he;

This God—his way is perfect; the promise of the Lord proves true; he is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
