And the sons of Noah that went out of the ark were Shem, Ham, and Japheth. And Ham is the father of Canaan.

And Shem and Japheth took a garment and put it on both their shoulders. And they went backward and covered the nakedness of their father, their faces backward. And they did not see the nakedness of their father.

And Noah awoke from his wine. And he came to know what his younger son had done to him.

And he said, Cursed be Canaan. He shall be a slave of slaves to his brothers.

And he said, Blessed be Jehovah, the God of Shem; and may Canaan be his slave.

God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall live in the tents of Shem, and Canaan shall be their slave.

And Noah lived three hundred and fifty years after the flood.
