"Now, therefore, this is what you shall say to My servant David: 'This is what the LORD of armies says: "I took you from the pasture, from following the sheep, to be leader over My people Israel.

So Gad came to David and said to him, "This is what the LORD says: 'Take for yourself

'This is what the LORD says: "You shall not go up nor fight against your relatives; return, every man, to his house, for this event is from Me."'" So they listened to the words of the LORD and returned from going against Jeroboam.

Then Zedekiah the son of Chenaanah made horns of iron for himself and said, "This is what the LORD says: 'With these you will gore the Arameans until they are destroyed!'"

But Micaiah said, "As the LORD lives, whatever my God says, I will speak it."

and he said, "Listen, all you of Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and King Jehoshaphat: This is what the LORD says to you: 'Do not fear or be dismayed because of this great multitude, for the battle is not yours but God's.

"This is what Cyrus king of Persia says: 'The LORD, the God of heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth, and He has appointed me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whoever there is among you of all His people, may the LORD his God be with him; go up then!'"

"Because of the devastation of the poor, because of the groaning of the needy, Now I will arise," says the LORD; "I will put him in the safety for which he longs."

The voice of the LORD makes the deer give birth And strips the forests bare; And in His temple everything says, "Glory!"

The LORD says to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet."

"What are your many sacrifices to Me?" Says the LORD. "I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams And the fat of fattened cattle; And I take no pleasure in the blood of bulls, lambs, or goats.

"Come now, and let us debate your case," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They shall become as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.

this is what the Lord GOD says: "It shall not stand nor shall it come to pass.
