Thus says Yahweh, your Redeemer, and he that formed you from the womb: I am Yahweh, that makes all things; that stretches forth the heavens alone; that spreads abroad the earth (who is with me?);

Thus says Yahweh, Where is the bill of your mother's divorce, with which I have put her away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Look, for your iniquities you were sold, and for your transgressions your mother was put away.

And as for me, this is my covenant with them, says Yahweh: my Spirit that is on you, and my words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your seed, nor out of the mouth of your seed's seed, says Yahweh, from now on and forever.

For though you wash yourself with lye, and take yourself much soap, yet your iniquity is marked before me, says the Lord Yahweh.

How do you say, We are wise, and the law of Yahweh is with us? But, look, the false pen of the scribes has wrought falsely.

Therefore you shall speak to them this word: This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says, Every bottle shall be filled with wine: and they shall say to you, Don't we certainly know that every bottle shall be filled with wine?

This is what Yahweh, the God of Israel, says, Look, I will turn back the weapons of war that are in your hands, with which you fight against the king of Babylon, and against the Chaldeans that besiege you, outside the walls; and I will gather them into the midst of this city.

Whether it is good, or whether it is evil, we will obey the voice of Yahweh our God, to whom we send you; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of Yahweh our God.

You said, Woe is me now! for Yahweh has added sorrow to my pain; I am weary with my groaning, and I find no rest.

Is it nothing to you, all you that pass by? Look, and see if there is any sorrow like my sorrow, which is brought on me, With which Yahweh has afflicted [me] in the day of his fierce anger.

To whom are you thus like in glory and in greatness among the trees of Eden? yet you shall be brought down with the trees of Eden to the nether parts of the earth: you shall lie in the midst of the uncircumcised, with those that are slain by the sword. This is Pharaoh and all his multitude, says the Lord Yahweh.

Hear the word of Yahweh, you sons of Israel; for Yahweh has a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor goodness, nor knowledge of God in the land.

Take with you words, and return to Yahweh: say to him, Take away all iniquity, and accept that which is good: so we will render [as] bullocks [the offering of] our lips.

And when a man's uncle shall take him up, even he that burns him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall say to him that is in the innermost parts of the house, Is there yet any with you? and he shall say, No; then he shall say, Hold your peace; for we may not make mention of the name of Yahweh.

But I will sacrifice to you with the voice of thanksgiving; I will pay that which I have vowed. Salvation is of Yahweh.

He has shown you, O man, what is good; and what does Yahweh require of you, but to do justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

Yahweh your God is in the midst of you, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with joy; he will rest in his love; he will joy over you with singing.

Thus says Yahweh of hosts: In those days [it shall come to pass], that ten men shall take hold, out of all the languages of the nations, they shall take hold of the skirt of him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.

And when you offer the blind for sacrifice, it is no evil! and when you offer the lame and sick, it is no evil! Present it now to your governor; will he be pleased with you? or will he accept your person? says Yahweh of hosts.

You have wearied Yahweh with your words. Yet you say, Wherein have we wearied him? In that you say, Every one that does evil is good in the eyes of Yahweh, and he delights in them; or where is the God of justice?
