When he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him, since they had seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the festival; for they too had gone to the festival.

Then he came again to Cana in Galilee where he had changed the water into wine. Now there was a royal official whose son lay ill in Capernaum.

When he heard that Jesus had come from Judea to Galilee, he went and begged him to come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death.

Now this was the second sign that Jesus did after coming from Judea to Galilee.

After this Jesus went to the other side of the Sea of Galilee, also called the Sea of Tiberias.

After this Jesus went about in Galilee. He did not wish to go about in Judea because the Jews were looking for an opportunity to kill him.

After saying this, he remained in Galilee.

Others said, "This is the Messiah." But some asked, "Surely the Messiah does not come from Galilee, does he?

They replied, "Surely you are not also from Galilee, are you? Search and you will see that no prophet is to arise from Galilee."

They came to Philip, who was from Bethsaida in Galilee, and said to him, "Sir, we wish to see Jesus."

Gathered there together were Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples.

They said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking up toward heaven? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven."

Meanwhile the church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and was built up. Living in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, it increased in numbers.

That message spread throughout Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John announced:

and for many days he appeared to those who came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem, and they are now his witnesses to the people.
