Again He left the region of Tyre and came through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, within the region of Decapolis.
Mark 7:31
And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
And they brought to Him one who was deaf and had difficulty speaking, and they begged Him to lay His hand on him.

And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.
And Jesus took him aside from the crowd, by himself, and put His fingers in his ears, and after spitting, He touched his tongue with the saliva;

And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
and looking up to heaven with a deep sigh, He said to him, "Ephphatha!" that is, "Be opened!"
Mark 7:34
And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.
And his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was removed, and he began speaking plainly.

And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
And He gave them orders not to tell anyone; but the more He ordered them, the more widely they continued to proclaim it.
Mark 7:36
And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
And they were utterly astonished, saying, "He has done all things well; He makes even those who are deaf hear, and those who are unable to talk, speak."
Mark 7:37
And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
