Blessings are on the head of the righteous, But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.
Proverbs 10:6
Blessings are upon the head of the just: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked.
The mentioning of the righteous is a blessing, But the name of the wicked will rot.
Proverbs 10:7
The memory of the just is blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.
The wise of heart will receive commands, But a babbling fool will come to ruin.
Proverbs 10:8
The wise in heart will receive commandments: but a prating fool shall fall.
One who walks in integrity walks securely, But one who perverts his ways will be found out.
Proverbs 10:9
He that walketh uprightly walketh surely: but he that perverteth his ways shall be known.
He who winks the eye causes trouble, And a babbling fool will come to ruin.
Proverbs 10:10
He that winketh with the eye causeth sorrow: but a prating fool shall fall.
The mouth of the righteous is a fountain of life, But the mouth of the wicked conceals violence.

Wisdom is in the presence of one who has understanding, But the eyes of a fool are on the ends of the earth.
Proverbs 17:24
Wisdom is before him that hath understanding; but the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth.
One who separates himself seeks his own desire; He quarrels against all sound wisdom.
Proverbs 18:1
Through desire a man, having separated himself, seeketh and intermeddleth with all wisdom.
A fool does not delight in understanding, But in revealing his own mind.

A fool hath no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover itself.
A poor person utters pleadings, But a rich person answers defiantly.

It is naught, it is naught, saith the buyer: but when he is gone his way, then he boasteth.
One who goes about as a slanderer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with a gossip.
Proverbs 20:19
He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.
Loyalty and truth watch over the king, And he upholds his throne by loyalty.
Proverbs 20:28
Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is upholden by mercy.
The way of a guilty person is crooked, But as for the pure, his conduct is upright.

The way of man is froward and strange: but as for the pure, his work is right.
A wicked person displays a bold face, But as for the upright, he makes his way sure.

A wicked man hardeneth his face: but as for the upright, he directeth his way.
Drive out the scoffer, and strife will leave, Even quarreling and dishonor will cease.

Proverbs 23:1
When thou sittest to eat with a ruler, consider diligently what is before thee:
And put a knife to your throat If you are a person of great appetite.

And put a knife to thy throat, if thou be a man given to appetite.
Do not desire his delicacies, For it is deceptive food.
Proverbs 23:3
Be not desirous of his dainties: for they are deceitful meat.
Do not eat the bread of a selfish person; Or desire his delicacies;
Proverbs 23:6
Eat thou not the bread of him that hath an evil eye, neither desire thou his dainty meats:
For as he thinks within himself, so he is. He says to you, "Eat and drink!" But his heart is not with you.
Proverbs 23:7
For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.
You will vomit up the morsel you have eaten And waste your compliments.
Proverbs 23:8
The morsel which thou hast eaten shalt thou vomit up, and lose thy sweet words.
Take away the wicked before the king, And his throne will be established in righteousness.
Proverbs 25:5
Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.
One who sends a message by the hand of a fool Chops off his own feet and drinks violence.

He that sendeth a message by the hand of a fool cutteth off the feet, and drinketh damage.

A lying tongue hates those it crushes, And a flattering mouth works ruin.

A lying tongue hateth those that are afflicted by it; and a flattering mouth worketh ruin.
To show partiality is not good, Because for a piece of bread a man will do wrong.
Proverbs 28:21
To have respect of persons is not good: for for a piece of bread that man will transgress.
A man who flatters his neighbor Is spreading a net for his steps.
Proverbs 29:5
A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.
If a ruler pays attention to falsehood, All his ministers become wicked.
Proverbs 29:12
If a ruler hearken to lies, all his servants are wicked.
A slave will not be instructed by words alone; For though he understands, there will be no response.
Proverbs 29:19
A servant will not be corrected by words: for though he understand he will not answer.
One who pampers his slave from childhood Will in the end find him to be rebellious.
Proverbs 29:21
He that delicately bringeth up his servant from a child shall have him become his son at the length.
