Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, When it is in your power to do it.
Proverbs 3:27
Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
Do not say to your neighbor, "Go, and come back, And tomorrow I will give it to you," When you have it with you.
Proverbs 3:28
Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee.
Do not devise harm against your neighbor, While he lives securely beside you.
Proverbs 3:29
Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee.
Do not contend with a person for no reason, If he has done you no harm.
Proverbs 3:30
Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.
Do not envy a violent person, And do not choose any of his ways.

A poor man who oppresses the helpless Is like a driving rain which leaves no food.

A poor man that oppresseth the poor is like a sweeping rain which leaveth no food.
Better is a poor person who walks in his integrity, Than a person who is crooked, though he is rich.
Proverbs 28:6

One who increases his wealth by interest of any kind, Collects it for one who is gracious to the poor.
Proverbs 28:8
He that by usury and unjust gain increaseth his substance, he shall gather it for him that will pity the poor.
Open your mouth for the people who cannot speak, For the rights of all the unfortunate.
Proverbs 31:8
Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction.
Open your mouth, judge righteously, And defend the rights of the poor and needy.
