And God saw the earth, and, look, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.

And God said to Noah, The end of all flesh has come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, look, I will destroy them from the earth.

And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.

And to Eber were born two sons: The name of the one was Peleg. For in his days was the earth divided. And his brother's name was Joktan.

So Lot chose for himself all the Plain of the Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.

for all the land which you see, to you I will give it, and to your seed forever.
