For as the woman is of the man, so is the man also by the woman; but all things are of God.

But if a woman has long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given to her for a covering.

But in giving you this charge, I do not praise you, that you come together not for the better but for the worse.

For first of all, when you come together in the church, I hear that divisions exist among you; and I partly believe it.

For there must also be factions among you, that those that are approved may also be made manifest among you.

for in your eating each one takes before [another] his own supper; and one is hungry, and another is drunk.

For I received of the Lord that which also I delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus in the night in which he was betrayed took bread;

and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, This is my body, which is for you: this do in remembrance of me.

For as often as you eat this bread, and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

For he that eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he does not discern the body.

For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep.

Therefore, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait one for another.

For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit:

For as the body is one, and has many members, and all the members of the body, being many, are one body; so also is Christ.

For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free; and were all made to drink of one Spirit.

For the body is not one member, but many.

that there should be no schism in the body; but [that] the members should have the same care one for another.

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

For now we see in a mirror, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then I shall know fully even as also I was fully known.

For he that speaks in a tongue speaks not to men, but to God; for no man understands; but in the spirit he speaks mysteries.
