(36-31) The law of his God is in his heart, and his steps shall not be supplanted.

(83-6) Blessed is the man whose help is from thee: in his heart he hath disposed to ascend by steps,

(84-14) Justice shall walk before him: and ,shall set his steps in the way.

The innocent believeth every word: the discreet man considereth his steps. No good shall come to the deceitful son: but the wise servant shall prosper in his dealings, and his way shall be made straight.

The folly of a man supplanteth his steps: and he fretteth in his mind against God.

I know, O Lord, that the way of a man is not his: neither is it in a man to walk, and to direct his steps.
