Fr. 108), and (in 16.260) ἐρεθίζων, cf. ἔθει· φθείρει, ἐρεθίζει, Hsch., ἐθρίς, ἴθρις): pf. εἴωθα Il. 5.766, etc., and Ion. ἔωθα 8.408, etc., is used as pres.; plpf. εἰώθειν, Ion. ἐώθεα, as impf.; part. εἰωθώς, Ion. ἐωθώς, also in Archipp. 48, Araros 19; Dor. 3 pl. pf. ἐθώκατι Hsch.: mostly c. inf., Il. 5.766, Hdt. 3.31, Th. 1.99, etc.: impers., ὡς εἴωθε as is the custom, Ar. Ec. 282; ὥσπερ εἰώθει Plu. Sull. 9, etc.: freq. abs. in part., of persons, accustomed, customary, usual, ἡνιόχῳ εἰωθότι Il. 5.231; ὑμῖν.. τοῖς εἰώθοσιν who are used [to hear me], S. Ph. 939; οὐκ ἐωθώς praeter morem, Hdt. 1.111; of things, τὰ ἐωθότα νοήματα Id. 3.80; ἐν τῷ εἰ. τρόπῳ Pl. Ap. 27b, etc.: freq. in neut., παρὰ τὸ εἰ. contrary to custom, Th. 4.17, 55; τὰ εἰ. ordinary things, Ar. Ra. 1, Th. 2.51, etc.

Thayer's Expanded Definition

ἔθω (of the present only the participle ἐθῶν is used, in Homer): perfect εἴωθα, to be accustomed, used, wont; (pluperfect as imperfect (Winer's Grammar, 274 (257f)) ἐιώθειν; followed by an infinitive: Matthew 27:15; Mark 10:1. Participle τό εἰωθός in a passive sense, that which is wont; usage, custom: κατά τό εἰωθός τίνι, as one's custom is, as is his wont, Luke 4:16; Acts 17:2.
