a cardinal, of Placentia, and legate of the pope in France, lived in the latter part-of the 16th century. He wrote Litterae ad Universos Regni Francice Catholicos, super Conventu quorundam Ecclesiasticorum ab Henrico Borbonico ad Oppidum S.
