צִדְקָה Ch. liberality, beneficence, Daniel 4:24. So often in the Talmud. and the Rabbins. Compare Sam. צדקה used of almsgiving, Arab. صَدَقَةُ, Syriac ܙܕܶܩܬܙܳ, compare צְדָקָה No. 3 fin.
