Exodus 2:11 king, seeing him, fell desperately in love with him, and promised to give up the city to him on condition that he would take her to wife, to which Moses agreed, and the city was put into the hands of the Egyptians." - Jos. Ant. lib. ii., chap. Exodus 9:0. St. Stephen probably alluded to something of this kind when he said Moses was mighty in deeds as well as words.
Exodus 22:31 people might not eat the blood, which in this case must be coagulated in the flesh; and the blood, being the life of the beast, and emblematical of the blood of the covenant, was ever to be held sacred, and was prohibited from the days of Noah. Genesis 9:4.IN the conclusion of this chapter we see the grand reason of all the ordinances and laws which it contains. No command was issued merely from the sovereignty of God. He gave them to the people as restraints on disorderly passions, and incentives to

שאון שאון seon soen .
Numbers 11:17 institution of the seventy persons to help Moses the rabbins consider as the origin of their grand council called the Sanhedrin. But we find that a council of seventy men, elders of Israel, had existed among the people a year before this time. See Exodus 24:9; see the advice given to Jethro to Moses, Exodus 18:17, &c., and the notes there.
Numbers 9:23 Verse Numbers 9:23. Kept the charge of the Lord — When we consider the strong disposition which this people ever testified to follow their own will in all things, we may be well surprised to find them, in these journeyings, so implicitly following the directions

John 7:53 looked up, he saith, Let him who is without sin among you, first cast stone at her.8. And stooping down again, he wrote with his finger upon the ground.8. And stooping down again, he wrote with his finger upon the ground (the sins of every one of them.)9. And each of the Jews went out, beginning from the oldest, so that all went out: and he was left alone, the woman being in the midst.9. And each one of them went out, (Al. and hearing these things they departed one by one,) beginning from the oldest;
Acts 21:26 to remove their prejudices against him and his ministry, and against the Gospel which he preached, and to win them over to embrace it: 'Unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; and this I do for the Gospel's sake.' 1 Corinthians 9:20, 1 Corinthians 9:23."To elucidate this point; we are to consider that there was a political as well as a typical use of sacrifices; and that, though the typical ceased upon the sacrifice of Christ, yet the political continued till God in his providence

Hebrews 2:7 created things, Head of all thy works he stood; Nearest the great King of kings, And little less than God." If we take the words as referring to Jesus Christ, then they must be understood as pointing out the time of his humiliation, as in Hebrews 2:9; and the little lower, βραχυ τι, in both verses, must mean for a short time, or a little while, as is very properly inserted among our marginal readings. Adam was originally made higher than the angels, but by sin he is now brought low, and subjected
Hebrews 2:7 creadas,
Cabeza de todas tus obras se puso de pie;
