Nehemiah 4:15 — Verse 15. Their counsel to naught — The word counsel used here countenances the emendation in the Nehemiah 4:12; Nehemiah 4:12 verse.

Esther 4:4 — Verse Esther 4:4. Sent raiment — She supposed that he must have been spoiled of his raiment by some means; and therefore sent him clothing.
