Psalms 112:1 PSALM CXII The blessedness of the man that fears the Lord, both as it regards himself and his family, 1-3; his conduct to his family, his neighbours, and the poor, 4-9; the envy of the wicked at his prosperity, 10. NOTES ON PSALM CXIIThis is another of the acrostic or alphabetical Psalms, under the title Hallelujah. It is formed exactly as the preceding in the division of its verses. It has ten verses in the whole:
Jeremiah 29:26 Verse Jeremiah 29:26. For every man that is mad, and maketh himself a prophet — Mad, משגע meshugga, in ecstatic rapture; such as appeared in the prophets, whether true or false, when under the influence, the one of God, the other of a demon. See 2 Kings 9:11; Hosea 9:7.
Ezekiel 47:17 Verse Ezekiel 47:17. The border from the sea — The north border eastward is ascertained Ezekiel 47:15-16; here it is shown how far it extends itself northward.Hazar-enan — The village of Enan, Numbers 34:9, placed to the north of Caesarea Philippi. Ziphron, see Numbers 34:9, called Zaphion by the Syriac.
Numbers 12:7 Neemanim as a name of dignity. It seems also to have been a title of respect given to ambassadors, Proverbs 13:17; Proverbs 25:13. Calmet well observes that the word fidelity is often used for an employ, office, or dignity, and refers to 1 Chronicles 9:22, 1 Chronicles 9:26, 1 Chronicles 9:31; 2 Chronicles 31:12, 2 Chronicles 31:15; 2 Chronicles 34:12, &c. Moses was a faithful, well-tried servant in the house of God, and therefore he uses him as a familiar, and puts confidence in him.
Numbers 12:7 dignidad.

Romans 9:17 mercy he might justly have suffered them to have gone on in sin, till he should have signalized his wisdom and justice in their destruction; as appears from what God in his word declares concerning his dealings with Pharaoh and the Egyptians, Exodus 9:15, Exodus 9:16 : For now, saith the Lord, I had stretched forth my hand, (in the plague of boils and blains,) and I had smitten thee and thy people with the pestilence; and thou hadst (by this plague) been cut off from the earth; (as thy cattle were
Joshua 9:11 Verse Joshua 9:11. Judges 9:9 Verse Judges 9:9. Wherewith - they honour God and man — I believe the word אלהים elohim here should be translated gods, for the parable seems to be accommodated to the idolatrous state of the Shechemites. Thus it was understood by the Vulgate, Arabic, and others.
