Exodus 7:3 — Verse Exodus 7:3. 1 Kings 4:7 — Verse 1 Kings 4:7. Twelve officers — The business of these twelve officers was to provide daily, each for a month, those provisions which were consumed in the king's household; see 1 Kings 4:22-23. And the task for such a daily provision was not an easy one.

Psalms 4:4 — Verse Psalms 4:4. Stand in awe, and sin not — The Septuagint, which is copied by St. Paul, Ephesians 4:26, translate this clause, Οργιζεσθε, και μη ἁμαρτανετε; Be ye angry, and sin not. The Vulgate, Syriac, AEthiopic, and Arabic, give the same reading; and

John 4:54 — Verse John 4:54. This - second miracle — The first miracle which Christ performed was in this same city of Cana, just after his baptism; and this second took place after his arrival here from Jerusalem, whence, we have seen, he was driven by the persecution

Ephesians 6:21 — tanto de Dios como de los hombres conmigo. Que conozcáis mis asuntos... Que conozcáis mi situación y circunstancias. Y cómo hago... Cómo empleo mi tiempo, y qué fruto hay de mis labores apostólicas. Tíquico, hermano amado... Sabemos, por  Hechos 20:4, que Tíquico era de Asia, y que fue un útil compañero de San Pablo.
