Exodus 29:1 — CHAPTER XXIX Ceremonies to be used in consecrating Aaron and his sons, 1-3. They are to be washed, 4. Aaron is to be clothed with the holy vestments, 5, 6; to be anointed, 7. His sons to be clothed and girded, 8, 9. They are to offer a bullock for a sin-offering, 10-14; and a ram for a burnt-offering, 15-18; and a second ram for a consecration-offering, 19-22. A loaf, a cake, and a wafer or thin cake, for a wave-offering, 23-25. The breast of the wave-offering

1 Kings 9:7 — Verso 1 Reyes 9:7 . Un proverbio y un refrán entre todas las personas.  Y así son hasta el presente; los judíos incrédulos , los judíos testarudos y obstinados , son palabras todavía de uso común. Abandonaron al Señor, rechazaron a su Cristo, y son desechados, su templo destruido, y esparcidos sobre la faz de la tierra.

2 Chronicles 14:9 — Versículo 2 Crónicas 14:9 . 2 Chronicles 34:9 — Verso 2 Crónicas 34:9 . Y volvieron a Jerusalén.  En lugar de וישבו vaiyashubu , "regresaron", debemos leer יושבי yoshebey , "los habitantes"; una lectura que está respaldada por muchos manuscritos, ediciones impresas y todas las versiones , así como por la necesidad y el sentido común,  2 Crónicas 19:8 , donde se rectifica un error similar.

Ezra 9:6 — Verso Esdras 9:6 . Me avergüenzo y me ruborizo. Dios había sido provocado tantas veces, y los había perdonado tantas veces, y ellos habían continuado transgrediendo, que se avergonzaba de volver otra vez al trono de la gracia para pedir misericordia en su favor. Job 5:9 — Versículo Job 5:9 . Que hace grandes cosas. Ningún trabajo, por complicado que sea, es demasiado profundo para que su consejo lo planee; ninguno, por estupendo que sea, es demasiado grande para que su poder lo ejecute. El que es recto siempre está seguro al referir su causa a Dios y confiar en él.

Psalms 75:1 — present mercies, 1; the Lord answers, and promises to judge the people righteously, 2, 3; rebukes the proud and haughty, 4, 5; shows that all authority comes from himself, 4-7; that he will punish the wicked, 8; the psalmist resolves to praise God, 9; and the Most High promises to cast down the wicked, and raise up the righteous, 9, 10. Leviticus 27:6 — Verso Levítico 27:6. Un mes.  El niño, cinco shekels, 15 s ., la niña, tres shekels, 9 s . Al estar ambos en una infancia comparativa, tenían casi el mismo valor. Ninguno fue juramentado bajo un mes de edad: el primogénito siendo siempre considerado como propiedad del Señor, no puede ser jurado, ver Levítico 27:26.

Isaiah 9:18 — Verse Isaiah 9:18. For wickedness — Wickedness rageth like a fire, destroying and laying waste the nation: but it shall be its own destruction, by bringing down the fire of God's wrath, which shall burn up the briers and the thorns; that is, the wicked themselves.

Jeremiah 9:1 — CHAPTER IX The prophet bitterly laments the terrible judgments about to be inflicted upon his countrymen, and points out some of the evils which have provoked the Divine Majesty, 1-9. Judea shall be utterly desolated, and the inhabitants transplanted into heathen countries, 10-17. In allusion to an ancient custom, a band of mourning women is called to lament over the ruins of Jerusalem, 17, 18; and even the funeral dirge is given

Deuteronomy 7:6 — Verso Deuteronomio 7:6 . Tú eres un pueblo santo. Y, por lo tanto, no debes tener relación con los obradores de iniquidad. Un pueblo especial. סגלה segullah , - Septuagint, λαον περιουσιον, - un pueblo peculiar , una propiedad privada.
