Nehelam, Nehelamite

(neh hehl' uhm, neh heh' law mite) Either a family name or a reference to the home of the false prophet Shemaiah (Jeremiah 29:24 ,Jeremiah 29:24,29:31-32 ). The name is perhaps a play on the Hebrew word for dreamer (compare Jeremiah 23:25 ,Jeremiah 23:25,23:32 ).
