German Talmudist; lived in the eleventh century. He is mentioned in "Mordecai" (Baba Meáºi'a, 332), where his decision is given in an important law question. He is also mentionedin 'Anaw, "Shibbole ha-Leḳeá¹," part , "Hilkot Ḥanukkah" No. 185; and part , "Issur," No. 26.
