When all the kings who were subject to Hadadezer saw that they had been defeated by Israel, they made peace with Israel and became subject to them. So the Arameans were afraid to help the Ammonites ... anymore. -

And when all the kings who were servants of Hadadezer saw that they had been defeated by Israel they made peace with Israel and became subject to them So the Syrians were afraid to save the Ammonites anymore

When all the kings who were Hadadezer's subjects saw that they had been defeated by Israel, they made peace with Israel and became their subjects. After this, the Arameans were afraid to ever help the Ammonites again.
