The Lord GOD has sworn by Himselfthe LORD, the God of Hosts, has declared: - abhor Jacob''s pride and detest his citadels, so I will deliver up the city and everything in it."

The Lord God has sworn by himself declares the Lord the God of hosts I abhor the pride of Jacob and hate his strongholds and I will deliver up the city and all that is in it

The Lord God has sworn by Himself this is the declaration of Yahweh, the God of Hosts: I loathe Jacob's pride and hate his citadels, so I will hand over the city and everything in it.
