This is what the LORD ... says: "I will restore the fortunes of Jacob''s tents and have compassion on his dwellings. And the city will be rebuilt on her own ruins, and the palace will stand in its rightful place.
English Standard Version
Thus says the Lord Behold I will restore the fortunes of the tents of Jacob and have compassion on his dwellings the city shall be rebuilt on its mound and the palace shall stand where it used to be
Holman Christian Standard Version
This is what the Lord says: I will certainly restore the fortunes of Jacob's tents and show compassion on his dwellings Every city will be rebuilt on its mound; every citadel will stand on its proper site.

Thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will bring again the captivity of Jacob's tents, and have mercy on his dwellingplaces; and the city shall be builded upon her own heap, and the palace shall remain after the manner thereof.
