Berean Study Bible
The priest must order that the house be cleared - before he enters it to examine - the mildew, so that nothing ... - in the house will become unclean. After this, the priest shall go in to inspect - the house.
English Standard Version
Then the priest shall command that they empty the house before the priest goes to examine the disease lest all that is in the house be declared unclean And afterward the priest shall go in to see the house
Holman Christian Standard Version
The priest must order them to clear the house before he enters to examine the contamination, so that nothing in the house becomes unclean. Afterward the priest will come to examine the house.
King James Version
Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean (8799): and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:
