concerning Egypt

and shall come

and shall be moved

at His presence

and the heart

of the Egyptians

in the middle

בְּקִרְבּֽוֹ׃

And I will set

wə·siḵ·saḵ·tî

וְסִכְסַכְתִּ֤י

the Egyptians

against Egyptians

bə·miṣ·ra·yim,

בְּמִצְרַ֔יִם

and they shall fight

wə·nil·ḥă·mū

וְנִלְחֲמ֥וּ

against his brother

and every one

against his neighbor

bə·rê·‘ê·hū;

against city

against kingdom

bə·mam·lā·ḵāh.

בְּמַמְלָכָֽה׃

And shall fail

wə·nā·ḇə·qāh

of the Egyptians

in the middle

בְּקִרְבּ֔וֹ

and the counsel

wa·‘ă·ṣā·ṯōw

and I will destroy

’ă·ḇal·lê·a‘;

and they shall seek

hā·’ĕ·lî·lîm

הָֽאֱלִילִים֙

the charmers

those who have familiar spirits

hay·yid·də·‘ō·nîm.

הַיִּדְּעֹנִֽים׃

and will I give over

wə·sik·kar·tî

וְסִכַּרְתִּי֙

the Egyptians

into the hand

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ.

and dried up

wə·niš·šə·ṯū-

וְנִשְּׁתוּ־

from the sea

and the river

shall be wasted

and shall fail

and far away

wə·he·’ez·nî·ḥū

וְהֶאֶזְנִ֣יחוּ

nə·hā·rō·wṯ,

shall be emptied

and dried up

shall wither

The paper reeds

of the brooks

and every thing

by the brooks

shall wither

be driven away

wə·’ê·nen·nū.

וְאֵינֶֽנּוּ׃

also shall mourn

had·day·yā·ḡîm,

הַדַּיָּגִ֔ים

And shall lament

wə·’ā·ḇə·lū,

they who cast

מַשְׁלִיכֵ֥י

into the Nile

and they who spread

on the waters

shall languish

and shall be confounded

Moreover they who work

śə·rî·qō·wṯ;

and they who weave

wə·’ō·rə·ḡîm

And they shall be

in the purposes

mə·ḏuk·kā·’îm;

מְדֻכָּאִ֑ים

has become brutish

[am] the son

they? where [are]

ḥă·ḵā·me·ḵā,

[men] and let them tell you

wə·yag·gî·ḏū

וְיַגִּ֥ידוּ

and let them know

wə·yê·ḏə·‘ū,

has purposed

are become fools

are deceived

they have also seduced

[even they who are] the stay

of the tribes

šə·ḇā·ṭe·hā.

שְׁבָטֶֽיהָ׃

in the middle

בְּקִרְבָּ֖הּ

and they have caused Egypt

ma·‘ă·śê·hū,

[man] staggers

kə·hit·tā·‘ō·wṯ

כְּהִתָּע֥וֹת

as a drunken

in his vomit

shall there be

lə·miṣ·ra·yim

לְמִצְרַ֖יִם

wə·’aḡ·mō·wn.

וְאַגְמֽוֹן׃

like to women

כַּנָּשִׁ֑ים

and it shall be afraid

of the shaking

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ,

of the waving

And shall be

wə·hā·yə·ṯāh

lə·miṣ·ra·yim

לְמִצְרַ֙יִם֙

makes mention

thereof shall be afraid

of the counsel

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ,

has determined

mə·ḏab·bə·rō·wṯ

מְדַבְּרוֹת֙

the language

wə·niš·bā·‘ō·wṯ

וְנִשְׁבָּע֖וֹת

ṣə·ḇā·’ō·wṯ;

of destruction

shall be called

shall there be

in the midst

and a pillar

ū·maṣ·ṣê·ḇāh

thereof to the LORD

And it shall be

for a witness

they shall cry

of oppressors

and he shall send

and a great one

and he shall deliver

wə·hiṣ·ṣî·lām.

וְהִצִּילָֽם׃

And shall be known

lə·miṣ·ra·yim,

לְמִצְרַ֔יִם

and shall know

the Egyptians

and shall do

and offering

they shall vow

wə·nā·ḏə·rū-

wə·šil·lê·mū.

וְשִׁלֵּֽמוּ׃

And shall strike

he shall strike

and heal [it]

wə·rā·p̄ō·w;

and they shall return

[even] the LORD

and he shall be entreated

and shall heal

ū·rə·p̄ā·’ām.

shall there be

mim·miṣ·ra·yim

מִמִּצְרַ֙יִם֙

and shall come

the Assyrian

bə·miṣ·ra·yim

בְּמִצְרַ֖יִם

and the Egyptians

ū·miṣ·ra·yim

וּמִצְרַ֣יִם

into Assyria

בְּאַשּׁ֑וּר

and shall serve

the Egyptians

the Assyrians

the shall Israel

šə·lî·šî·yāh,

שְׁלִ֣ישִׁיָּ֔ה

lə·miṣ·ra·yim

לְמִצְרַ֖יִם

and with Assyria

ū·lə·’aš·šūr;

וּלְאַשּׁ֑וּר

[even] a blessing

in the midst

my people [are]

and the work

and my inheritance

wə·na·ḥă·lā·ṯî

וְנַחֲלָתִ֖י

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
