wə·’ā·mar·tā

וְאָמַרְתָּ֖

When you mount

bə·ha·‘ă·lō·ṯə·ḵā

בְּהַעֲלֹֽתְךָ֙

ham·mə·nō·w·rāh,

הַמְּנוֹרָ֔ה

shall give light

han·nê·rō·wṯ.

according to the pattern

הַמְּנֹרָֽה׃

wə·ṭi·har·tā

וְטִהַרְתָּ֖

shall you do

for their cleansing

lə·ṭa·hă·rām,

of purifying

and let them shave

wə·he·‘ĕ·ḇî·rū

וְהֶעֱבִ֤ירוּ

and let them wash

wə·ḵib·bə·sū

their clothes

and make themselves clean

wə·hiṭ·ṭe·hā·rū.

וְהִטֶּהָֽרוּ׃

Then let them take

of a head of cattle

and with its grain offering

ū·min·ḥā·ṯōw,

וּמִנְחָת֔וֹ

[even] fine flour

of a head of cattle

shall you take

for a sin offering

And you shall bring

wə·hiq·raḇ·tā

וְהִקְרַבְתָּ֙

and you shall gather

wə·hiq·hal·tā,

וְהִ֨קְהַלְתָּ֔

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And you shall bring

wə·hiq·raḇ·tā

וְהִקְרַבְתָּ֥

and shall put

the children

הַלְוִיִּֽם׃

And shall offer

[for] the Levites

from the sons

that they may qualify

And the Levites

wə·hal·wî·yim

וְהַלְוִיִּם֙

of the bulls

and you shall offer

[for] a sin offering

[for] a burnt offering

to make atonement

הַלְוִיִּֽם׃

And you shall set

wə·ha·‘ă·maḏ·tā

וְהַֽעֲמַדְתָּ֙

wə·hê·nap̄·tā

וְהֵנַפְתָּ֥

as a wave offering offering

and Thus shall you separate

wə·hiḇ·dal·tā

וְהִבְדַּלְתָּ֙

the children

and shall be

הַלְוִיִּֽם׃

wə·’a·ḥă·rê-

then you shall cleanse

wə·ṭi·har·tā

וְטִֽהַרְתָּ֣

wə·hê·nap̄·tā

וְהֵנַפְתָּ֥

as a wave offering

the children

such as open

[even instead of] the firstborn

the children

have I taken

among the sons

ū·ḇab·bə·hê·māh;

וּבַבְּהֵמָ֑ה

that I struck

I consecrated

הִקְדַּ֥שְׁתִּי

And I have taken

the firstborn

among the sons

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And I have given

wā·’et·tə·nāh

lə·’a·hă·rōn

and to his sons

ū·lə·ḇā·nāw,

the children

and to make an atonement

ū·lə·ḵap·pêr

among the sons

the children

the sanctuary

wə·’a·hă·rōn

the congregation

to the Levites

according to all

concerning the Levites

the children

יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

And were purified

way·yiṯ·ḥaṭ·ṭə·’ū

וַיִּֽתְחַטְּא֣וּ

and they washed

way·ḵab·bə·sū

וַֽיְכַבְּסוּ֙

their clothes

בִּגְדֵיהֶ֔ם

as a wave offering

and made an atonement

to cleanse them

lə·ṭa·hă·rām.

wə·’a·ḥă·rê-

in to perform

their service

‘ă·ḇō·ḏā·ṯām

had commanded

to the Levites

וְעֶשְׂרִ֤ים

they shall go in

ba·‘ă·ḇō·ḏaṯ

and from the age

they shall cease waiting on

from which goes forth

hā·‘ă·ḇō·ḏāh;

[thereof] shall serve

But they shall minister

their brothers

wa·‘ă·ḇō·ḏāh

shall you do

with the Levites

concerning their obligations

bə·miš·mə·rō·ṯām.
