ū·miṣ·wō·ṯay,

וּ֝מִצְוֹתַ֗י

but let your heart

wə·šā·lō·wm,

shall they add

covenant loyalty

do let forsake

ya·‘az·ḇu·ḵā

יַעַ֫זְבֻ֥ךָ

gar·gə·rō·w·ṯe·ḵā;

גַּרְגְּרוֹתֶ֑יךָ

of your heart

so shall you find

and understanding

In the sight

on your own understanding

bî·nā·ṯə·ḵā,

בִּֽ֝ינָתְךָ֗

תִּשָּׁעֵֽן׃

acknowledge him

shall direct

’ō·rə·ḥō·ṯe·ḵā.

אֹֽרְחֹתֶֽיךָ׃

in your own eyes

bə·‘ê·ne·ḵā;

בְּעֵינֶ֑יךָ

to your body

lə·šār·re·ḵā;

וְ֝שִׁקּ֗וּי

to your bones

lə·‘aṣ·mō·w·ṯe·ḵā.

לְעַצְמוֹתֶֽיךָ׃

from your wealth

mê·hō·w·ne·ḵā;

and with the firstfruits

ū·mê·rê·šîṯ,

וּ֝מֵרֵאשִׁ֗ית

your increase

tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯe·ḵā.

תְּבוּאָתֶֽךָ׃

shall so be filled

wə·yim·mā·lə·’ū

וְיִמָּלְא֣וּ

and with new wine

wə·ṯî·rō·wōš,

וְ֝תִיר֗וֹשׁ

your presses

shall burst out

the chastening

of his correction

bə·ṯō·w·ḵaḥ·tōw.

בְּתוֹכַחְתּֽוֹ׃

and even as a father

[in whom] he delights

[is] the man

[that] finds

understanding

[is] of it better

the merchandise

than the merchandise

thereof than fine gold

ū·mê·ḥā·rūṣ,

וּ֝מֵחָר֗וּץ

tə·ḇū·’ā·ṯāh.

תְּבוּאָתָֽהּ׃

[is] more precious

[mip·pə·nî·yîm

[מִפְּנִיִּים

(mip·pə·nî·nîm;

(מִפְּנִינִ֑ים

the things you can desire

ḥă·p̄ā·ṣe·ḵā,

do to be compared

[is] in her right hand

בִּֽימִינָ֑הּ

biś·mō·w·lāh,

בִּ֝שְׂמֹאולָ֗הּ

wə·ḵā·ḇō·wḏ.

of pleasantness

nə·ṯî·ḇō·w·ṯe·hā

נְתִ֖יבוֹתֶ֣יהָ

to those who take

lam·ma·ḥă·zî·qîm

לַמַּחֲזִיקִ֣ים

[is every one] that retains

wə·ṯō·mə·ḵe·hā

וְֽתֹמְכֶ֥יהָ

bə·ḥā·ḵə·māh

has he established

By understanding

בִּתְבוּנָֽה׃

By His knowledge

בְּ֭דַעְתּוֹ

tə·hō·w·mō·wṯ

are broken up

and the clouds

ū·šə·ḥā·qîm,

וּ֝שְׁחָקִ֗ים

let not them

from your sight

mê·‘ê·ne·ḵā;

sound wisdom

תֻּ֝שִׁיָּ֗ה

and discretion

ū·mə·zim·māh.

וּמְזִמָּֽה׃

so shall they be

to your soul

lə·nap̄·še·ḵā;

לְנַפְשֶׁ֑ךָ

to your neck

lə·ḡar·gə·rō·ṯe·ḵā.

לְגַרְגְּרֹתֶֽיךָ׃

shall you walk

and your foot

wə·raḡ·lə·ḵā,

וְ֝רַגְלְךָ֗

you lie down

do be afraid

you shall lie down

wə·šā·ḵaḇ·tā,

וְ֝שָׁכַבְתָּ֗

and shall be sweet

wə·‘ā·rə·ḇāh

šə·nā·ṯe·ḵā.

neither of the desolation

ū·miš·šō·’aṯ

וּמִשֹּׁאַ֥ת

of the wicked

your confidence

ḇə·ḵis·le·ḵā;

and shall keep

from being caught

from those to whom it is due

mib·bə·‘ā·lāw;

מִבְּעָלָ֑יו

in the power

of your hand

la·‘ă·śō·wṯ.

[lə·rê·‘e·ḵā

to your neighbor

(lə·rê·‘ă·ḵā

and come again

and tomorrow

when you have

your neighbor

and seeing he

outside cause

do he has done

[is] abomination

the fraudulent

[is] the righteous

but his secret

[is] in the house

of the wicked

and the dwelling place

but he blesses

the scorners

[wə·la·‘ă·nî·yîm

[וְלַעֲנִיִּים

(wə·la·‘ă·nā·wîm,

(וְ֝לַעֲנָוִ֗ים

but he gives

shall inherit

and of fools

ū·ḵə·sî·lîm,

וּ֝כְסִילִ֗ים

shall be the promotion
