 מִגְרוֺן proper name, of a location 1. 1 Samuel 14:2 district (?) near Gibeah (home of Saul), compare Buhl Geogr. 176; ᵐ5 Μαγων, ᵐ5 L Μαγεδδω, (We thinks proper name not required, and proposes מִגְרָן (= ᵑ6גֹּרֶן threshingfloor; so Bu, but word not in Hebrew; Klo, improbable, מִגְרָשׁ).

2 Isaiah 10:28, place north of Michmash (and Gibeah ), ᵐ5 Μαγεδω, perhaps modern ruin Makrun Di on the passage Bd Pal 3. 121 Buhl l.c.
