		Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition
		בֶּטַח m.
(1) confidence, and adv. confidently, with confident mind, Genesis 34:25.
(2) security, Isaiah 32:17. In other places always לָבֶטַח and בֶּטַח adv.
(a) without danger and fear, safely. יָשַׁב לָבֶטַח, יָשַׁב בֶּטַח, שָׁכַן to dwell safely, 1 Samuel 12:11; Leviticus 25:18, 19 Leviticus 25:19, 26:5 Deuteronomy 33:12.
(b) without fear, securely, Micah 2:8. Sometimes used of one who is in too great security and without caution, Judges 8:11.
(3) [Betah], pr.n. of a town of Syria abounding in brass, situated on the borders of Hadadezer, 2 Samuel 8:8, called in the parallel place, 1 Chronicles 18:8, טִבְחַת.
