Brown-Driver-Briggs Expanded Definition
 [עֲלִיצוּת] noun feminine exultation; — suffix עֲלִיצֻתָםכְּמוֺ לָאֱכֹל עָנִי Habakkuk 3:14 their exultation was as it were to devour the poor.
