(1)  to throw, to cast, Daniel 3:21, 24 6:17.

(2) to put, to place, e.g. seats, Daniel 7:9. Compare Revelation 4:2, θρόνος ἔκειτο, and יָרָה No. 2.

(3) to impose (tribute), Ezra 7:24.
