Maybe subconsciously I've kept activism separate from acting because it's important to me in a more profound way.

Our Parliamentary system has simply failed to meet the challenge of judicial activism.

Activism could be defined as activities engaged in by individuals to change there of others situation.

But as for activism, my parents did what they could, given the constraints, but were never involved in the causes I think of when I think of activists.

There's enormous progressive activism and, more often than not, success at the grassroots level - everything from living wage campaigns to efforts to finance our elections are having terrific success.

Ten years ago, 15 years ago, I think the church would have been asleep at the switch. This level of activism and engagement with the needs of society by local churches I never thought I'd see it in my lifetime.

Out of control judicial activism threatens traditional marriage in America.

Of course, conservatives always claim to be against judicial activism.
