Well, you know the old line - to be nominated is what it's all about. I think that I've done pretty well - I've had about 46, or 47 nominations from my movies, and my films have won about 12 awards in total, so I don't really have any complaints.

I used to only worry about the #1's and all of the awards. But that was a long time ago.

Awards shows are my greatest inducement to get back into shape.

The last thing I want is to walk into my house after a long day and see all the Grammys and awards. It would make me feel weird.

At awards time, The Exorcist was nominated in 11 categories, everybody but the janitor was up for an Oscar. There was no category for what I did.
