NAS but whoever follows His word, in him the love of God has truly been perfected. By this we know that we are in Him:
NA26 ὃς δ ἂν τηρῇ (5725) αὐτοῦ τὸν λόγον, ἀληθῶς ἐν τούτῳ ἡ ἀγάπη τοῦ θεοῦ τετελείωται. (5769) ἐν τούτῳ γινώσκομεν (5719) ὅτι ἐν αὐτῷ ἐσμεν· (5748)
WH ος δ αν τηρη (5725) αυτου τον λογον αληθως εν τουτω η αγαπη του θεου τετελειωται (5769) εν τουτω γινωσκομεν (5719) οτι εν αυτω εσμεν (5719)

NAS I have written to you, fathers, because you know Him who has been from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God remains in you, and you have overcome the evil one.
NA26 ἔγραψα (5656) ὑμῖν, παιδία, ὅτι ἐγνώκατε (5758) τὸν πατέρα. ἔγραψα (5656) (5656) ὑμῖν, πατέρες, ὅτι ἐγνώκατε (5758) τὸν ἀπ ἀρχῆς. ἔγραψα ὑμῖν, νεανίσκοι, ὅτι ἰσχυροί ἐστε (5748) καὶ ὁ λόγος τοῦ θεοῦ ἐν ὑμῖν μένει (5719) καὶ νενικήκατε (5758) τὸν πονηρόν.
WH εγραψα (5656) υμιν πατερες οτι εγνωκατε (5758) τον απ αρχης εγραψα (5656) υμιν νεανισκοι οτι ισχυροι εστε (5719) και ο λογος [ [του θεου] | του θεου ] εν υμιν μενει (5719) και νενικηκατε (5758) τον πονηρον
