NAS – But the officers who came did not find them in the prison; and they returned and reported,
NA26 – οἱ δὲ παραγενόμενοι (5637) ὑπηρέται οὐχ εὗρον (5627) αὐτοὺς ἐν τῇ φυλακῇ, ἀναστρέψαντες (5660) δὲ ἀπήγγειλαν (5656)
WH – οι δε παραγενομενοι (5637) υπηρεται ουχ ευρον (5627) αυτους εν τη φυλακη αναστρεψαντες (5660) δε απηγγειλαν (5656)

NAS – Then the captain went along with the officers and {proceeded} to bring them {back} without violence (for they were afraid of the people, that they might be stoned).
NA26 – τότε ἀπελθὼν (5631) ὁ στρατηγὸς σὺν τοῖς ὑπηρέταις ἦγεν (5627) αὐτούς, οὐ μετὰ βίας, ἐφοβοῦντο (5711) γὰρ τὸν λαόν, μὴ λιθασθῶσιν. (5686)
