NAS – So the people quarreled with Moses and said, "Give us water so that we may drink!" And Moses said to them, "Why do you quarrel with me? Why do you test the LORD?"

ALE – וירב העם עם משה ויאמרו תנו לנו מים ונשתה ויאמר להם משה מה תריבון עמדי מה תנסון את יהוה

BHS – וַיָּ֤רֶב הָעָם֙ עִם־מֹשֶׁ֔ה וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ תְּנוּ־ מַ֖יִם וְנִשְׁתֶּ֑ה וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לָהֶם֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה מַה־תְּרִיבוּן֙ עִמָּדִ֔י מַה־תְּנַסּ֖וּן אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃

MAS – וירב העם עם משׁה ויאמרו תנו לנו מים ונשׁתה ויאמר להם משׁה מה תריבון עמדי מה תנסון את יהוה

WLC – וַיָּ֤רֶב הָעָם֙ עִם־מֹשֶׁ֔ה וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ תְּנוּ־לָ֥נוּ מַ֖יִם וְנִשְׁתֶּ֑ה וַיֹּ֤אמֶר לָהֶם֙ מֹשֶׁ֔ה מַה־תְּרִיבוּן֙ עִמָּדִ֔י מַה־תְּנַסּ֖וּן אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃

RAH – καὶ ἐλοιδορεῖτο ὁ λαὸς πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγοντες δὸς ἡμῖν ὕδωρ, ἵνα πίωμεν. καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Μωυσῆς τί λοιδορεῖσθέ μοι, καὶ τί πειράζετε κύριον

SWE – καὶ ἐλοιδορεῖτο ὁ λαὸς πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγοντες Δὸς ἡμῖν ὕδωρ ἵνα πίωμεν. καὶ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς Μωυσῆς Τί λοιδορεῖσθέ μοι, καὶ τί πειράζετε Κύριον;

NAS – Then he named the place Massah and Meribah because of the quarrel of the sons of Israel, and because they tested the LORD, saying, "Is the LORD among us, or not?"

ALE – ויקרא שם המקום מסה ומריבה על ריב בני ישראל ועל נסתם את יהוה לאמר היש יהוה בקרבנו אם אין {פ}

MAS – ויקרא שׁם המקום מסה ומריבה על ריב בני ישׂראל ועל נסתם את יהוה לאמר הישׁ יהוה בקרבנו אם אין

WLC – וַיִּקְרָא֙ שֵׁ֣ם הַמָּקֹ֔ום מַסָּ֖ה וּמְרִיבָ֑ה עַל־רִ֣יב׀ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֗ל וְעַ֙ל נַסֹּתָ֤ם אֶת־יְהוָה֙ לֵאמֹ֔ר הֲיֵ֧שׁ יְהוָ֛ה בְּקִרְבֵּ֖נוּ אִם־אָֽיִן׃ פ

RAH – καὶ ἐπωνόμασεν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ τόπου ἐκείνου πειρασμὸς καὶ λοιδόρησις διὰ τὴν λοιδορίαν τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ καὶ διὰ τὸ πειράζειν κύριον λέγοντας εἰ ἔστιν κύριος ἐν ἡμῖν ἢ οὔ

SWE – καὶ ἐπωνόμασεν τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ τόπου ἐκείνου Πειρασμός, καὶ Λοιδόρησις, διὰ τὴν λοιδορίαν τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ καὶ διὰ τὸ πειράζειν Κύριον λέγοντας Εἰ ἔστιν Κύριος ἐν ἡμῖν ἢ οὔ;
